February 28, 2024 a project permit was issued to Upland Property Owner to develop a New Dock Installation, located at 2136 Lockehaven Rd, North Vancouver, British Columbia on federal lands and water managed by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority The project was approved subject to 33 permit conditions applicant must meet to ensure the project does not result in significant adverse environmental effects. Please see the Impact Assessment Act Registry for the Notice of Intent and Notice of Decision. 
 
About the project 
Upland property owner Stephan Yuen proposes to build a new recreational dock at 2136 Lockehaven Rd, North Vancouver BC which is located in the district of north van Block B area. The proposed work includes reinforcing of an access platform on the landside (outside of port jurisdiction) and the installation of an access ramp and a mooring float.  The ramp and float will be constructed off-site and then placed and secured in the proposed dock location.
