Procurement opportunities
The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority works with experienced and diverse partners to help build and deliver trade-enabling infrastructure and other projects at the Port of Vancouver and throughout the Lower Mainland. When these opportunities are available, we will advertise for:
- Requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Requests for qualifications (RFQs)
- Requests for expression of interest (RFEOI)
- Tenders
These opportunities may be posted on BC Bid. Organizations interested in doing business with us are encouraged to check BC Bid regularly for updates.

The port authority works to ensure that all procurement opportunities are provided fairly, openly, and transparently, and are accessible to qualified vendors. We procure goods, services, and works that achieve best value in support of our federal mandate of enabling Canada’s trade objectives while ensuring goods are moved safely through the port while protecting the environment and considering local communities.
